I.T.-Coach and Enterprise Trainer, Anna Hyams, has spent over twenty years in office and management positions in various industries, both in continental Europe (Austria) and the UK.

Roles within her career have included a Joint Venture Specialist for Ernst and Young in the area of cross-border start-ups and asset valuation and recently I.T.-coach and training provider for Kickstart I.T.-training on behalf of Bradford Chamber of Commerce and Calderdale Training STEP (Calderdale College).

Clients are diverse and range from SME’s to Local Business Support Organisations. I.T.-active is appointed as local partner and facilitator of CC4G – Computer Club for Girls – a initiative of Skills-UK and Department for Education and Schools.

Anna’s main strength lies in the fact that she combines business experience with up-to-date I.T. skills and excitement about all aspects of work, to provide practical business solutions, within the framework of hardware and software already owned by the business. She can demonstrate ways to cut costs, increase efficiency, improve communications, expand marketing and speed-up admin procedures.

Running own business and providing practical solutions to business’ needs in various industries and on different levels, provides a good basis for understanding clients' needs and continually developing a portfolio of tried-and-tested solutions, keeping them as relevant and diverse as possible and necessary in our modern business environment.

About I.T.-active:
 
I.T.-active is specialising in providing I.T.-based solutions for business start-up, office admin, bookkeeping, record keeping, re-structuring, management and organisation.
 
 
The aims of training:
 
The aim of the training is to provide practical solutions to daily tasks, skills, procedures, "tips'n'tricks" and job-shortcuts. Participants create documents, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, media, and various solutions needed or required in business, designed to speed up the work processes and admin procedures, improve communications, increase efficiency, cut costs, expand marketing etc - all utilising hardware and software already installed or facilities freely available to download.
 
All solutions created in the courses are designed to be implemented immediatelly and (in most cases) there is no need for any additional purchases. Maybe a set of headphones, a digital camera or a memory stick are the small items participants wish to purchase to help with their tasks, but they do not form part of the course.
 
All sessions are designed to offer flexible contents and include advice and troubleshooting of particular I.T .issues.
 
 
Child Online Protection 
 
I.T.- active is a qualified Child Exploitation and Online Protection Ambassador and has designed and delivered workshops designed for parents and children to enjoy safe online activities.
 
 
 
 
Company history
 
IT-ACTIVE has been established in February 2006 with an office and state-of-the-art IT-Suite in Halifax town centre.
